On This Week’s Podcast:

Aaron Boone says of Giancarlo Stanton Grade 1 right calf strain. : “he will be down a bit", making it sound likely he will not be ready for the start of the season.

Luis Severino is headed for Tommy John surgery and expected to miss the 2020 season after a dye contrast MRI revealed a partial UCL tear in his elbow. Jordan Montgomery and JA Happ are probably slotted in behind Gerrit Cole and Masahiro Tanaka.

The Yankees won 103 games and barely missed the World Series last year without Luis Severino and Giancarlo Stanton for most of the season, and will have to do it again!
